Guidelines
- A participant can win without any limit within the promo duration as long as they have winning promo codes for instant cash prizes. A participant can also win 1Million Pesos without limit as long as they get picked out for the raffle draw.
- All submitted special codes are only valid for one (1) raffle draw and/or one (1) instant cash prize. It cannot be used again for the entire duration of the promo. If the user wants to join again, he/she must submit a new special code to participate again the raffle on a different day.
- All raffle prizes must be claimed on or before October 31, 2023. Otherwise, such will be forfeited in favor of Vouno/EFC upon prior approval of FDA
- Winners will be subjected to verification. The corresponding proof of purchase or sachets containing the winning codes are needed upon claiming of prizes for 1Million Pesos. The winning codes must be readable and must not be tampered. The winners shall also present their TIN number and one (1) valid proof of identification to the third-party agency and Vouno/EFC representatives.
- Vouno/EFC reserves the right to publish and/or broadcast any winners’ names, addresses, photos, likeness, and their winning stories for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation to the winners.
- All prizes shall be non-transferrable and non-convertible to any other currency, goods, or services.
- The winners of 1Million Pesos shall shoulder the tax. Winners shall shoulder other expenses (food, accommodations, travel, etc.) that will be incurred during the claiming of prizes.
